Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Please note that Ginger & Pine Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, liability for loss or damage transfers to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gingerandpineapothecary@gmail.com, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Because our products are handmade and intended for personal care, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
